DIF Clan Rules and Conditions

DIF members will refrain from bad mouthing, temper tantrums or accusations of cheating towards opponents in all PUBLIC forums and game rooms or lobbies. If cheating is suspected, a copy of the game film should be sent out to the DIF command staff for review.

DIF members are expected to behave honorably in dealings with all non-DIF members. Especially with people new to SFC/OP and or Gamespy/MPlayer. Be patient with "Newbies", please. They are important to us and our recruiting efforts. The person you turn away could be our next best player. It should go without saying that we are to act in this manner towards our own fleet members as well.

Problems with other DIF members will be handled discreetly. i.e.. Not in the Public's View. If you can't settle a dispute between yourselves, go to your respective Rank 7/8's. If they can't settle the dispute, the Rank 9/10's will have the final say. It would be best to handle said disputes in a mature manner, before going up the Chain of Command. You may not like their decision in the matter and by then it's out of the 2 parties hands to reach a mutual agreement.

Confidence is one's ability is good, outright arrogance is not honorable. There is always someone who can play the game better than you. Defeat is a more bitter pill to swallow when your boasting exceeds your playing ability.

The image you project while in "public" reflects not only on you, but your fellow fleet members and DIF. A good fleet image takes alot of effort and time to make, but only few bad deeds are needed shatter said image.

Don't carry yourself in such a way as to be added to another Fleet's "Don't Play Him/Her" list.

Never go into a persons game room and "Click Ready", without asking. And win or lose, always wish your opponent "GG". (good game)

Misconduct can result in a Fleet Member's demotion or dismissal. All infractions will be reviewed on a "case by case" basis.
